Payroll Sunday, retired.

Somewhere in every small business there's a person who loses part of every weekend to timesheets. Ours got that time back.

The problem

Payroll prep is the same grind everywhere: pull the time-clock entries, total them, figure the overtime, sort the categories, format the thing so the payroll provider will take it, send it. It's not hard. It's just hours — landing on a Sunday, every pay cycle, forever.

What runs

Two automations handle it now:

The numbers

About 4 hours back every pay cycle Runs Sunday night, while everyone sleeps On the team's desk before Monday

The honest part

The judgment stayed human: approving time, handling the weird exceptions, deciding what's fair. Only the assembly got automated — the part nobody was ever going to miss.
This runs in my own operation today.

Not a brochure case study — a system I depend on. If you've got a version of this problem in your business, the Walk-Through finds it: a ranked list of the small wins sitting in your operation, no obligation to build any of it.

Your business is different — what's on this page is what happened in mine, not a promise about yours. That's exactly what the Walk-Through is for.
